This page lists the third-party sub-processors that Brazen.AI engages to deliver the Service. Sub-processors are bound by written contracts that impose data-protection obligations no less protective than those in our customer agreements.

We maintain this list under our Data Processing Addendum and update it when we add or change a sub-processor that processes customer personal data. Items marked with a yellow placeholder are pending final review and may change before launch — see policies hub for the latest snapshot.

We may also engage Brazen.AI affiliates as sub-processors for the purposes described in the DPA. A complete affiliate list is available on request: legal@brazen.ai.
Notification of changes
We will notify customers at least 30 days before adding a new sub-processor that will process customer personal data, and customers may object on reasonable data-protection grounds. Notification is delivered via email to the contact on file and via in-product notification. Where a sub-processor change is required urgently for security or legal reasons, we may shorten the notice period and explain the reason in the notification.
